The service

LocaleShot localizes finished store screenshots: it decomposes uploaded images into an editable design spec and re-renders them into the languages you select. You need an account to use the product; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain all rights to the images you upload and to the rendered outputs. You warrant that you have the rights to the images you upload (including any fonts, photography, and trademarks they contain). We take a limited license to process your images solely to provide the service.

Plans and renders

Paid plans meter usage in renders (1 render = 1 screenshot in 1 language). Monthly allowances reset on the first of each calendar month; one-off packs do not expire. Cancelling stops future charges — it never deletes your exports.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload unlawful content, content you have no rights to, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Quality and liability

We test renders for overflow and clipping and measure the engine against ground truth, but translations are suggestions until you approve them — review before shipping to a store. The service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
